do this by taking the time to get to know you and what you wish to
accomplish. This is a free
consultation meeting to discuss your purpose, your message, your budget,
setting a date, and all the necessary details needed to make your event
a success.
Preparation
Through the marriage of research and resources, ACO assists in making
those all important contacts with clients and venues to ensure
efficiency and success for your day to day activities and events.
We will connect you with a location; discuss the layout of the
room, and the traffic pattern of that room.
We will also contact venues to provide the services needed.
ACO coordinates all the details of your event.
Promotion
ACO
provides an added benefit of being able to promote your business and/or
event through the design of marketing pieces such as flyers,
newsletters, brochures, business cards, rack cards, and mass mailings.
ACO can also assist with newspaper ads, radio ads, blogs and
social networks.
